Members are advised that the NSLSC Club Executive has resolved to hold a special general meeting of all eligible members for the purpose of adopting a new Club constitution.
The new constitution is based on the template document which has been developed by SLSNSW. It is a more up-to-date and modern document that will assist the Club in ensuring we are able to continue to uphold appropriate governance standards and provide good member services. Adoption of the new template constitution has been recommended by State to assist clubs in managing risk issues.

Time: 11am (following our season opener breakfast)
Location: the Club, cnr Zaara St and Shortland Esplanade
